Almost every one of our items come with a guarantee in the form of a Manufacturer Warranty. Most Manufacturer Warranties span from several months after purchase all the way to Lifetime warranties. The length of this Warranty is provided in the Pricing Details section of each item. While the Warranty Period is listed, some warranties are limited and cover parts and not labor, and some have other restrictions against customer misuse etc We do not service or fulfill Manufacturer Warranties. Please contact us prior to purchase to find out details regarding length or details of a warranty if any for reason this information is not listed in the Item Description.

4. Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms. To purchase any goods and/or services on our Site, you must (a) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority, (b) be a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities), and (c) be a resident in the 50 states of the United States of America, exclusive of its commonwealths, territories and possessions ("United States"). Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our Site, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization.
6. Order Acceptance Policy. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ReliaBuy.com/AWE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by ReliaBuy.com/AWE upon shipment of products that you have ordered. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by customer service department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
7. No Responsibility To Sell Mis-priced Products Or Services. ReliaBuy.com/AWE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. ReliaBuy.com/AWE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ReliaBuy.com/AWE shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
8. Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms. Reliabuy.com/awe reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products or services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the site or by e-mail delivery to you.
9. Limitation on Losses due to Defective Item. While Manufacturer Warranties come with all products we sell and cover repair or replacement of defective items within a specified time period, the warranties cover the ITEM only and NOT the value of any goods lost as a result of the item defect. As such, on refrigeration equipment in particular, we nor the Manufacturer are responsible or liable for the loss of refrigerated or frozen goods stored inside a refrigeration unit that becomes defective causing the goods inside to spoil or melt. Further, by purchasing an item from ReliaBuy, you hereby agree to hold harmless ReliaBuy and its affiliates and owners if items defect causes damage in rare cases such as fire etc. In these cases any such claims must be made directly with the Manufacturer of the product and not the retailer. All products ship directly from Manufacturers and as such, ReliaBuy acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for any damages that arise from your use of the Manufacturer’s products.
10. Service and Support for Goods Sold. All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

15. Limitation of Liability for Rejection of non-NSF Approved Equipment. While most of the items we sell are NSF-approved or its equivalent (i.e. ETL Sanitation or UL Sanitation), not all items we sell have these certifications. These particular certifications guarantee the item meets health code requirements in all 50 US States however not having these certifications does NOT automatically mean the item cannot be used for commercial purposes. In fact, most items that are not NSF/ETL still meet MOST local health code requirements and will be approved for use however they are NOT GUARANTEED to be and we are not responsible or liable when such equipment is not accepted by your local health inspector or department.
Health code requirements vary by City, State and County and can vary tremendously. IF an item we sell is NSF or its equivalent, we make our best efforts to post this information within the Item Description. If the item is NOT marked in the description as such, then you must assume it is NOT certified by these organizations and as a result, you assume all risk for buying such equipment and using it in your business. If you purchase an item from us that is not NSF/ETL Sanitation certified, and is rejected for use by your Inspector, please contact us as we can often have our Manufacturers call your local health department directly and provide additional information to gain approval. In such cases where the inspector will still not accept it, please inquire with regards to our return options for the item, however restocking fees will often apply. Ultimately it is YOUR responsibility as the equipment buyer to know what type of equipment you need and purchase only equipment that meets your specific needs.
17. ReliaBuy Ratings System. The ReliaBuy Ratings System is not a guarantee of quality, value or warranty coverage but merely an OPINION that aims to help consumers compare between various products that have different features, build qualities, prices and warranty coverage. As such, this information may be considered but not be construed as an ultimate guarantee as to one particular product being superior to another.
