There are 2 distinct stages to process your order: Handling and Shipping
Once your order is placed, it enters the Handling period. This is where your order gets sent to one of our warehouses or directly to the Manufacturer for picking and packing. This Handling period ranges from several hours to several days, depending upon the specific item ordered. As such, please note the section entitled "Handling Time" in each item description as we make our best efforts to provide a realistic time-frame based on our experience with that particular item.
Once your order has been picked and packed, it enters the Shipping phase, which is the time from the package being actually mailed out to the time it reaches you. Please note the "Ships By" section in each item description and use this key below:
GROUND – this refers to traditional ground delivery such as UPS, FedEx Ground, DHL and USPS. These carriers typically deliver within 7 business days but often as few as 3 or 4. The Shipping Price listed in the item description is a Flat Fee when Ground is used and therefore the S/H price listed in the item description is EXACTLY what you will be charged, regardless of carrier or destination.
FREIGHT – this is for large and/or heavy or delicate items that cannot ship via the common carriers. Freight shipping is typically more expensive and takes up to 1 week for delivery. The item is unloaded at the CURBSIDE (if no loading dock is available at your business or residence) and the customer is responsible for getting the item from the curbside drop-off to the desired location inside their business/residence. Unlike other retailers, our Freight Fee charges are FLAT, meaning we charge the stated fee to ANY Business address in the lower 48 US states. Extra charges usually apply to Residential deliveries or if you need Liftgate service to lower the pallet to the ground.
