DEFECT AND DAMAGE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Your purchase is protected by our Defect and Damage Guarantee Program! This valuable program covers you in case the item arrives damaged in transit or defective upon arrival and is included absolutely free with every order! Please read and follow the instructions below in order to be eligible for this program and contact us with any questions or issues either by phone at 1-888-310-1888 or via email at: CustomerService@ReliaBuy.com
Our Customer Service team will authorize the return by issuing you an RMA Number and specific return address. All returns under this program are for Exchange for same item. PLEASE DO NOT ship any package back to us on your own without first obtaining an RMA Number or you may lose the remedies available to you under this program!
PHYSICAL DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
a. FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
If your item ships by freight truck, you must inspect the item AT TIME OF DELIVERY and REFUSE the shipment at time of delivery. Provided you do so, we will repair or replace the item at NO cost to you. Be careful when inspecting to keep all packaging materials as you, not the driver, are responsible to re-package/seal the item back up if it needs to be refused. b. UPS/FEDEX GROUND SHIPMENTS:
If you happen to be present at time of delivery and the outside of the package is clearly damaged, then you should also REFUSE delivery. However many times these types of packages are simply left at the door etc and cannot be refused at the time so in this case, simply call or email us and we will arrange for UPS to come back and pick the damaged package up and ship you a replacement unit.
Whether shipped by Freight or UPS Ground/FedEx, if your item is not working as advertised, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue for you. If you do not need to use the product for several months, please open and try it anyway within this 3 Day timeframe. Depending upon the item, we will either arrange a service call with a local technician in your area to diagnose and fix the issue or replace the item, all at no cost to you provided it was reported in the proper timeframe and not caused by your misuse.

Almost every one of our items come with a guarantee in the form of a Manufacturer Warranty. Most Manufacturer Warranties span from several months after purchase all the way to Lifetime warranties. The length of this Warranty is provided in the Pricing Details section of each item. While the Warranty Period is listed, some warranties are limited and cover parts and not labor, and some have other restrictions against customer misuse etc.
As we do not service or fulfill Manufacturer Warranties, you may simply contact the Manufacturer directly to obtain such fulfillment. Please contact us prior to purchase to find out details regarding length of warranty etc if for any reason this information is not listed in the Item Description.
OTHER RETURN SCENARIOS
ITEM OUT OF STOCK: If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to provide the most accurate backorder fill date and allow you to choose whether you wish to wait for the item or if you would like a Refund.
ITEM DAMAGED CREDIT: If an item arrives with minor cosmetic damage and you do not wish to exchange the item, we MAY offer you a credit in lieu of exchange upon receipt of photographic evidence that clearly shows the described damage.
GENERAL RETURNS: While returns are accepted on almost all items, the actual return policy varies depending upon the specific item you purchase. Restrictions may apply if an item has been used, restocking fees may vary and certain items have a limited time-frame to request a return. As such, if you are uncertain about a potential purchase, it is best to contact us in advance regarding a specific items return policy and we can determine what refund/return options will be available.
