With four shelves, the 680-4 has twice the capacity of our model 680-1. Each deck provides heat from the bottom up to keep crusts warm and crisp. Illuminated shelves accentuate the product and are thermostatically controlled for temperature flexibility. While this unit does not have Humidity control, it is the least expensive 4-pizza warmer we offer. See model 695 for humidified version.
