They are made out of extremely heavy gauge steel with a sturdy chassis design. The TWO 3-ring Burners provide 180,000 BTU/hr output for true high-performance cooking in a wide variety of applications.

The heavy duty top grates have a gradual slope to reduce spill-overs and will accommodate any size stock pot. For quick clean-ups, a full width removable drip tray is included. ETL/UL/NSF-approved for full commercial use!
