Cecilware PO-18 Dual-Deck Commercial Pizza Oven (pre-baked crust)

This new item, model PO-18, is intended for PRE-BAKED Crust only and is NOT recommended for fresh dough or pan pizza baking. This compact oven gives you the versatility you need to create additional profit centers for your business. This unit comes with TWO Corderite ceramic baking decks with 3in of clearance to give you the ability to cook pizza, pretzels and bread products directly on the baking surface. Both decks distribute heat evenly and wont burn the bottom surfaces.

Comes with 3 heavy-duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements: 1 on the top of the oven and one underneath each baking deck. 120V electrics allow this unit to be plugged in virtually anywhere.

The PO-series Dual-Deck Ovens feature 3.5 inches of clearance between decks while the BK-series Single-Deck Ovens feature a single deck with 7 full inches of clearance to be able to make extra-thick pan pizzas, breads or any product encased in a pan. These ovens are designed for Countertop use and go great with our Wisco Pizza Merchandisers!
