Cecilware BK-22 Commercial Pizza and Baking Oven

This new item, model BK-22, gives you the versatility you need to create additional profit centers for your business. This unit comes with ONE Corderite ceramic baking deck with 7in of clearance to give you the ability to cook pizza, pretzels and bread products directly on the baking surface.

Comes with 2 heavy-duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements: 1 on the top of the oven and one underneath the baking deck. This unit can fit up to one 18in pizza whereas the BK-18 can only fit a 16in pie.

The PO-series Dual-Deck Ovens feature 3.5 inches of clearance between decks while the BK-series Single-Deck Ovens feature a single deck with 7 full inches of clearance to be able to make extra-thick pan pizzas, breads or any product encased in a pan.
